Right of withdrawal and return conditions

1. No right of withdrawal for certain products:

• Promotional items and special offers
• Seasonal products (e.g. Christmas items, summer fashion)
• Products valued at less than 50 euros

2. General conditions:

• Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are to be borne by the customer.

3. Return process:

• Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods to initiate a return.
• After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
